1. Strong body structure
The load-bearing part of the machine body is welded by a 50x50x3mm frame. The frame structure and high structural strength ensure the long-term durability of the machine.
2. High precision of light source
By using a specially designed parallel light source, the incident half angle and oblique angle of parallel light are less than or equal to 2 degrees, and the light uniformity can reach more than 95%.
3. Efficient cooling to avoid deformation of the design
The machine comes with an ice-water cooling system and a reasonable air duct design to avoid deformation of the design.
4. Efficient vacuum
The rubber skin winding design makes it easy to pick and place the workpiece; the soft squeeze roller can quickly extrude the air between the rubber and the glass, thereby reducing the amount of air in the vacuum cavity and quickly completing the vacuum action.
5. Energy saving
The high-reliability UV electronic power supply is used to supply power to the light source, the power factor reaches more than 96%, and the power conversion efficiency is high; the light energy can be steplessly adjusted, which greatly improves the service life of the lamp.
