Use of the cleaner of plate processor:
After diluting with water in a ratio of 1:9, pour it into the developing tank of the plate processor at a temperature of 35-40 degrees Celsius, and rinse it in a cycle for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes drain it off, rinse it with water.
Precautions:
Please remove the filter element when cleaning.
McLantis plate processor cleaner is an acidic liquid, please wear rubber gloves and protective glasses when using it. If you accidentally splash it on your skin or eyes, please wash it off with water immediately, and seek medical treatment if necessary.
1. Dilute the cleaning agent with water to soak the developing tank, fixing tank, rollers, brushes, and pipes of the plate processor.
2. After the machine runs for about 30 minutes when the temperature is raised to 30℃, the dirt can be quickly dissolved.
3. Then drain the cleaning liquid, thoroughly rinse the remaining cleaning liquid with water, and quickly remove the dirt of various deposits in the tank.
4. Put the discharged cleaning liquid into another tank and soak the top two rubber rollers for one hour.
5. For serious crystallization on the rubber rollers: Remove the top two rubber rollers, coat them with the original solution of the cleaner, wipe it several times with a linen cloth, and rinse with water; put the cleaning solution into the developing tank.
