Low temperature evaporation equipment is widely used in various industries for wastewater reduction, emission reduction, and clean water reuse.
Its working principle is to achieve water evaporation treatment through the energy of a heat pump under a set vacuum state.
This processing method has a short process, low energy consumption, no consumables, is easy to install and operate, and the equipment can achieve automatic operation and remote monitoring. Low equipment investment and small footprint make it one of the best choices for solving wastewater discharge. This device is different from traditional sewage treatment systems, as it utilizes heat pump technology to provide the energy required for evaporation through air, maximizing energy efficiency.
1. Low Temperature Distillation Equipment is a vacuum evaporator that utilizes heat pump technology, fully automatic and continuous operation, especially suitable for the treatment of water-soluble wastewater. Evaporation temperature of 28-37 ℃, low evaporation energy consumption, high efficiency, and intelligent equipment. Regenerated water can be reused, and direct discharge requires membrane filtration process.
2. The negative pressure fully enclosed working state ensures no gas leakage.
3. There is no need for flocculation before evaporation, and no need for biochemistry after evaporation. The wastewater treatment process is simple.
4. The vacuum degree should be maintained at around -95kPa, and the evaporation temperature should be maintained at 28-37 ℃.
5. The energy source is air for heating.
6. McLantis Environmental Protection has designed the vacuum tank structure, which will not produce foam superposition to affect the system operation. The low-temperature heat pump technology is derived from the principle of industrial air conditioning, and the technology is mature. The core accessories are purchased from abroad. The equipment is stable and the maintenance cost is extremely low.
